We cook our BBQ meat selections with Deep Pit Seasoning exclusively, unless you desire to have BBQ sauce baked on. We offer a bottle of sweet sauce and bottle of spicy sauce that guests may apply themselves.  Our standard side dishes include, Trails End Cowboy Beans, Tangy Cole Slaw and Country Potato Salad. Add your own touches like seasonal fruit plates, relish trays, and specialty salads. We have even made smoked Mac-N-Cheese, Lasagna, and smoked Corn Bread. We offer special pricing on serving Whole Hogs up to 200lbs.
